Return Policy

Here at Gifts and Fragrances we understand that things may not always be as suitable as first thought, should your product not suit or is the incorrect size we are happy to provide you with a store credit. You have 10 days to return your item from the date that you received it. Please keep in mind  your item needs to be unused and in the same condition that you received it in, it must be in its original packaging, tags attached, not damaged, worn or washed and accompanied by proof of purchase. Unfortunately we cannot provide store credits on body products, fragrances, jewellery or any sale items.

It will be the buyer's responsibility to pay for the shipping costs for a returned or exchanged item.
